Fantasy Puppy Bowl ... Yes it's a real thing

Puppy Bowl X is this weekend. You'd be forgiven for not realizing this legendary event is in its 10th year.

For those that have never been bored enough during halftime to watch the Puppy Bowl, it works something like this: Animal Planet throws a bunch of adorable puppies into a play area with "end zones" and roughly defined rules. There are teams, I think. The dogs can score, I think. Really you're just watching adorable puppies.

This year, there is Fantasy Puppy Bowl. And I am obviously doing it.

I have no idea how it works. I don't know how you win. All I know is that this guy is my No. 1 pick:

HIS NAME IS VAN HELSING!

If anyone wants to be my favorite person forever and ever, find a way to adopt this dog for me.

Anyway, just though you should be aware this is a thing. We will probably be watching the adorableness on Sunday. May as well have a dog in the fight. (See what I did there?)
